"I thought the course was excellent, and Adrian himself was a very confident and enthusiastic mentor. I was extremely nervous and apprehensive about doing the course as presenting without my knife in one hand and pan in the other is quite a daunting task; suffice to say all that worry evaporated in the first hour as I found myself laid on the floor practising my breathing techniques, this did indeed break the ice.
After recording ourselves doing a pre prepared presentation I learnt my bad habits and poor practices, as the course progressed over the 2 days I became more and more confident and comfortable to the point where I was wanting to volunteer to go first where it was appropriate.
I have taken all my learning’s forward with me and although I still have my equipment with me I feel confident to cope without if needed, I regularly look back over my notes taken and in particularly the booklets provided by More Than Words.

"I attended the Presenting With Impact course as a last minute substitute for a candidate that had pulled out.
This was the best decision I have ever made and had the privilege of being apart of.
I read through the description of the course that came with the invitation and I was a little wary that this was directed more towards managers and people higher up the chain in the scheme of an organisation.
How wrong was I, as this course focused on the individual and not the role they perform. It was an approach that not only focused on your physical skill set but also your mental and emotional skills as well.
It brought everyone out of their shell and allowed you to be yourself in a safe environment. It was a powerful course that allowed you as the participant to become a better presenter but also a better person within yourself by bringing out the key areas you need to focus on and also showing you fundamental skills such as how to breathe properly, how to stand and own your space and how to control the class with silence, words, eye contact and most of all your personal presence. If you have the chance to attend this course, do yourself a favour and grab the opportunity and you will not regret it!

I worked with Adrian Kirk for 2 days, which genuinely had a transformational effect on me. In my 17 years with the company I must have attended at least 20 or more external courses but genuinely none compared to Real Communication. The session really made me think about who I am and what I stand for, also helping me believe in myself. I am not great with words; however, if I can get everything else right I will have presence and be able to deliver my messages with authority. I'm sure the training will really help me in my career, in store manager meetings, in my sponsor role and even when just in a larger groups of people.
